Compensation Policy

FCR Real Estate Investment Partnership Inc.

FCR Real Estate Investment Partnership Inc. (“Company”) has established its compensation policy for its employees within the framework of the Labor Law No. 4857 and the relevant legislation. Within this scope:

1. Severance Pay:

Employees whose employment contracts have ended under the conditions specified in the Labor Law and who have completed the required seniority period are paid severance pay based on their working hours and wages. In the event of the employee’s death, this compensation is paid to their legal heirs.

2. Notice Pay:

In the event of termination of the employment contract, employees are notified within the notice periods specified in the Labor Law according to their seniority. During these periods, employees are given permission to search for a job or the wage corresponding to the notice period is paid in advance.
