The company's financial statements and footnotes are prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). They are subject to independent audit and are submitted to Borsa Istanbul (BIST) and disclosed to the public. The financial statements and footnotes, as well as the independent audit report and its annexes, are submitted to BIST by the Accounting Department in accordance with the Capital Markets Board (SPK) and BIST regulations, following the approval of the Board of Directors.

The financial statements and footnotes and the independent audit report are also announced electronically via the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) as soon as they are disclosed to the public.
