In the implementation of the information policy, it is essential to convey the necessary information and explanations, other than those within the scope of trade secrets, to all stakeholders, including shareholders, investors, employees and customers, in a timely, accurate, complete, understandable, easy and cost-effective manner and under equal conditions.

The public information policy is carried out in accordance with the Capital Market Legislation, the regulations of the Capital Markets Board (SPK) and Borsa Istanbul (BIST) and the SPK Corporate Governance Principles.
