Purpose and Scope

This policy determines the responsibilities and principles of FCR Real Estate Investment Partnership Inc. (“Company”) regarding human rights and human resources practices. The Company aims to maintain long-term partnerships with employees and to monitor employee satisfaction.

Implementation

This policy is implemented under the responsibility and supervision of the Deputy General Manager to whom the human resources function is affiliated. Suppliers are also expected to work in accordance with the principles of this policy.
