• To request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,

• To object to the emergence of a result against you by analyzing your processed data exclusively through automated systems,

• To request compensation for the damages in case you suffer damages due to the processing of your personal data in violation of the law.

Your request will be finalized as soon as possible and in any case within thirty (30) days at the latest, as a rule free of charge, but in exceptional cases, if it requires an additional cost, it will be finalized for a fee determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
